SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Former State Treasurer Dick Butler, D-Faith, will visit Sioux Falls Friday (Oct. 31) to campaign in favor of Initiated Measure 10, a state ballot measure that will stop elected officials from using tax dollars for lobbying or political campaigns or to award government contracts to their campaign donors.
“Voting yes on Measure 10 is reform South Dakota needs,” says Butler.
Butler is Honorary Co-Chair of the Yes on 10 Campaign.
