Supporters will kick off their bipartisan campaign for a YES vote on Initiated Measure 10, including unveiling a new web video exposing how the "Pay to Play" system in Pierre allows politicians to reward their campaign donors with no-bid government contracts, while government contractors in return financially reward the politicians who award their no-bid contracts.
Measure 10 would prohibit this non-competitive system -- already illegal for federal candidates and federal government contractors -- which increases the cost of government services at the state and local level, all at South Dakota taxpayers' expense.
